Print out full-size drawings and go through checklist on first sheet of PC drawings (call Poligon engineering or sales representative with questions)
DSA Approval
Submit full-size Poligon PC drawings to DSA (with checklist filled out) along with rest of project drawings
Send any Poligon related DSA comments (SS, FLS, and/or AC)
Poligon provides documentation summarizing our responses to present at the back-check appointment
Poligon structure received DSA approval
Purchasing/Shipping
Send Poligon copy of DSA approved drawings for specific project (required before placing order)
Submit purchase order through local Poligon sales representative (including frame and roof color)
Coordinate in-plant special inspections with the district and the Inspector of Record (IOR). In the absence of a preferred contact, Poligon Sales representatives can provide information for local inspectors near Poligon’s facility.
Arrange the optimal shipping date via your local Poligon sales representative.

Installation/Project Close Out
Poligon available to answer questions from inspectors and/or installers
Poligon aviailable to provide additional sketches, letters, etc. required to address field issues (signed and sealed by California SE). Small fees may apply if Poligon not responsible for challenge requiring a solution.
Poligon available to assist with DSA project closeout documents as required
