Project Definition

• Download schematic drawings from website for review
• Contact Poligon engineering
• Review design intent
• Select PC type and size
• Poligon provides quote (project specific)
• Print out full-size drawings and go through checklist on first sheet of PC drawings (call Poligon engineering with questions)

DSA Approval

• Submit full-size Poligon PC drawings to DSA (with checklist filled out) along with rest of project drawings
• Send any Poligon related DSA comments (SS, FLS, and/or AC)
• Poligon provides documentation summarizing our responses to present at the back-check appointment
• Poligon structure received DSA approval

Purchasing/Shipping

• Send Poligon copy of DSA approved drawings for specific project (required before placing order)
• Submit purchase order through local Poligon sales representative (including frame and roof color)
• Coordinate optimal ship date through local Poligon sales representative
• Poligon structure arrives on site

Installation/Project Close Out

• Poligon available to answer questions from inspectors and/or installers
• Poligon aviailable to provide additional sketches, letters, etc. required to address field issues (signed and sealed by California SE). Small fees may apply if Poligon not responsible for challenge requiring a solution.
• Poligon available to assist with DSA project closeout documents as required
